Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:
Formulating and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
Setting sales targets and ensuring they are met by the sales team.
Team Leadership:
Leading, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base.
Market Analysis:
Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Adjusting sales strategies based on market insights and feedback.
Sales Reporting:
Preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Customer Service:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure seamless post-sales support.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
Working closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
Coordinating with the product development team to provide customer feedback and influence product enhancements.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.
Ensuring all sales agreements comply with company policies and regulations.
Budget Management:
Managing the sales department budget, including expenses related to travel, training, and promotional activities.
Technology Utilization:
Leveraging CRM software and other sales tools to manage client information, track sales activities, and streamline processes.
Compliance and Ethics:
Ensuring all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
Promoting a culture of integrity and accountability within the sales team.
Requirements
8 to 10 years of sales Experience is must. Team management experience is necessary. Relevant market knowledge on sales of Rockbreakers or from any construction heavy equipment and Relevant Industry, experience in working with infra equipment Dealers.
Skillsets
Candidate must exhibit good sales and market knowledge with a go-getter attitude.
Education
Graduation/ BE, Dip Mech./MBA
