Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Identify growth opportunities and potential clients in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.
Client Acquisition and Retention
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Provide tailored equipment solutions based on client needs.
Market Analysis
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular market intelligence reports.
Team Management
• Lead and mentor a team of sales executives.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide training as needed.
Operational Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
• Handle pricing negotiations and contract finalization.
Reporting
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Track KPIs and achieve set targets.
Focus Area
• Earthmoving Equipment and Heavy Machinery Sales.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 8 years in Earthmoving Equipment/Similar Industry
Skillsets
• Proven experience in earthmoving equipment sales.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent client relationship management.
• Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
Education
Diploma/Graduate (Minimum mandate)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA is a plus.
