Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Implementation:
• Execute sales strategies to achieve targets in Gujarat and Rajasthan.
• Identify and engage potential clients in rural markets and dealerships.
Client Acquisition and Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
• Provide tailored solutions and product offerings based on customer needs.
Market Analysis:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
• Provide feedback to the management for strategic planning.
Operational Coordination:
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
• Handle pricing negotiations and contract closures.
Reporting and Follow-ups:
• Track and report on sales performance and KPIs.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Relevant Industries:
• Earthmoving equipment dealers (e.g., Tata Hitachi, JCB, Komatsu).
Requirements
Experience: 5 to 7 years of Field Sales experience in earthmoving equipment dealership
Rural sales experience in commercial vehicles or 2-wheeler automobile dealerships.
Skillsets
automobiles (dealer level).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Education
ITI/Diploma/Graduate (Minimum Requirement)
