Shipping and Cancellation

Shipping 

Delivery charge varies with each type of product and delivery location. We will inform all the buyers actual cost of packaging and shipping once order has been placed on the portal based on your choice of mode of transport. We can ship all over India by Air/ Surface based on customer’s urgency.

Prices displayed on the portal are exclusive of shipping charges. Once the order has been placed, we will inform the actual shipping charges. A Buyer must pay the shipping charges within 3 days of placing the order. If shipping charges are not paid within 3 days, YantraLive reserves the right to cancel the order without any refund for the order.

Cancellation 
  1. YantraLive reserves the right to refuse the cancellation of order for aftermarket spare parts. Any order cancellation request has to be raised within same working day.
  2. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email/SMS.
  3. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped.
Returns 

If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request by calling us or by sending email to sales@yantralive.com within 3 days of receipt of the item. Returns would be accepted only for new products, returns will not be accepted for any products which are old or refurbished unless seller has explicitly agreed to take return if old or refurbished product is not in working condition

Once defective / damaged item has been received by YantraLive, it will be checked for 

  1. Correct product ( Serial number / Model number / Brand / Image) 
  2. Complete product that was shipped 
  3. Unused product if the shipped product is new 
  4. Undamaged packaging – Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged
 
Refunds

Refund will be initiated once the defective/damaged item or item not as described on the product page – has been received.

Refund Process 
  1. Initiate a refund request
  2. Ship the product

Please ensure that the correct and complete product is returned 

– The product should also be in unused, undamaged and original condition

– Returned product should include everything from the originally delivered package including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies and accessories

  1. Items will be verified and refund will be approved 
  2. Refund will be initiatiated once the refund has been approved
