Job Brief
We are looking for dynamic freshers who have completed their degree in non-engineering fields. The
ideal candidates should exhibit adaptability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills,
confidence, and a positive attitude. Selected candidates will undergo a structured evaluation and
training program, and successful candidates will become permanent employees.
Responsibilities
• Assist in sales initiatives, including lead generation and client interaction
• Participate in on-the-job training and real-time sales projects
• Develop communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships
• Learn about Yantralive’s product offerings and services
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets

Education
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in non-engineering fields) from the 2023-2024 graduating class, with a minimum of 70% marks
Language Proficiency
English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages
Training & Evaluation Period:
- Initial training: 2 to 4 weeks (partly on-the-job training)
- Evaluation period: 3 months to 6 months followed by and performance review
- Compensation: ₹20,000 per month during the evaluation.
- Candidates who successfully complete the evaluation will be offered a permanent position at Yantralive.
